Salon policies

1. Punctuality

Please arrive on time to ensure the full duration of your service. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled.

2. Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice will incur a $40 fee, which must be paid before booking any future services.

3. Children

Children are not permitted during appointments. If you arrive with minors, your appointment will be automatically canceled and the full service amount will be charged to the card on file.

5. Conduct

Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Any inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the service.
