Cancellation Policy

To ensure efficient scheduling and high-quality service for all our clients, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or changes be made at least 12 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a $40 late cancellation fee, which must be paid prior to booking any future services. This fee helps cover the time and resources reserved specifically for your appointment. Children are not permitted during appointments. If you arrive with minors, your appointment will be automatically canceled and the full service amount will be charged to the card on file.
